Northshore Automotive & RV Repair has been a family owned and operated business serving the Federal Way and NE Tacoma area since 1981. From that year forward our mission remains the same: To provide you and your family with only the needed work, quality products, done well, finished on time and at a fair price, with all work guaranteed. Whether your vehicle is domestic or foreign we want to be the shop that not only does your needed repairs but maintains your vehicle to the highest standards in the industry. Mike and Barb Donahue have been in the automotive business since 1975 when they took over Westhill Shell In Kent, WA. Then purchased Northshore Exxon in 1981. Purchased Fife Exxon in 1990. In 1996 Mike decided to concentrate on the Auto repair business and expand into the RV repair business. After purchasing property across the street from Northshore Exxon (currently Northshore 76) the current building was erected to accommodate cars, trucks and Recreational Vehicles. A lift was installed that will put a 37 foot motorhome in the air for servicing. Mike Donahue an ASE Master tech employees 3 technicians all ASE certified. Art Rood an ASE certified service consultant has been the service manager at Northshore Automotive for 13 years. We are a AAA award winning shop year after year. In 2005 we were awarded the top shop award by AAA for western Washington. We are also a Napa Autocare Facility. Our Technicians in partnership with Napa, are constantly continuing to stay well educated with all types of vehicles, ie hybrids, diesels foreign or domestic. We want to be your One Stop Auto Center.
